Very rare people in the world are happy and content with what they desired to achieve in their life. What makes their life content, why not the other half of population? This article will tell you the difference between both types of population..

We make different ways to reach that one destination. What this destination is all about? If its overview is taken into consideration then its achievement gives nothing but happiness. The most overrated feeling, right? But that's how it is. All our life, we are taught to dream and to turn this dream into reality. People keep asking you to recognize your passion, do what you love the most. Just like what road you select to achieve your dreams, depends on what motivated you to go in that direction. I'll tell you about what motivates you to achieve something, and in the end why it never satisfies you.

In one of the fictions written by Albert Einstein, On Education, he described 3 different types of motivations that encourages an individual to achieve something in their life. They are:

1. Fear and compulsion: Some students work on a dream which is made compulsory on them. They don’t even know what they are doing. They do something which situations and people ask them to do and this work keeps irritating you.

For an instance, when a student opts for PCM then it becomes compulsory for him to crack IIT. It makes him believe that there’s no other way left to do something different. That’s how fear and compulsion makes someone achieve something. But, ultimately it won’t make you happy.

2. Ambitious desire for authority: Some people have ambitions about how it’ll feel to achieve that position which everybody respects. And, that desire of authority motivates them to achieve it. They don’t know whether its achievement will give them a content and happy life or not, but the respect they’ll achieve after getting into that authority keeps motivating them. They achieve it but at the end, they’re not happy because it was not their passion but something, which was done for others.

3. Loving interest: What if your loving interest becomes your passion? Loving interest means that activities which keep attracting you toward it. You're never exhausted doing it. This is the most important motivation. To work on something that you love doing in spite of what somebody asks you to do. This is the only motivation which will ultimately make you happy in the end.

So, these are 3 motivations which create a miracle in one's life. Once you are motivated by above mentioned motivations, and you finally achieve what you thought of, then how come your life changes? Why some are happy and content and some are not?

About 80% people in the world, reach their destination but they're not happy. Quite unbelievable! I mean, they were running to achieve their happiness but not even getting it?

The problem is everybody runs. But the only 20% of the population reach their destination and are happy. The reason goes in 3 directions and they are:

1. Some people settle for less than they deserve because they're already tired of trying and are not happy. Because all their efforts to achieve something always ends up making them a failure. So, settling for less than they deserve, doesn't make them happy.

2. Some people are earning good but it's not their passion. Because not everybody in this world get a golden chance to earn through passion. Some restraints and problems in their life ask them to go for something which is not even their own passion. They believe that's the only thing that can give them a living and they stop dreaming. Majority of the population in the world do this. Ultimately, no good result.

3. People have already achieved something but want to do better: These people are happy as well. But, their main goal is not to settle for something less than they deserve. Thus, they try hard for something better and once they achieve it, they realize they were better before and hence, no happiness.

The greatest pleasure in life relies in turning your passion into money. And very rare, lucky people in the world could make it

The definition of 'settling for less than you deserve' and 'true happiness' have created all the chaos you don't want to create and somewhere between all this, your passion fades away. That's the reason 20% have this happiness because they made it through passion. And, that's why, happiness is overrated.

Taking an overview of this whole article, to achieve a happy and content life, you need to do the following things:

1. Recognize your passion

Mostly, people wonder how will they recognize their passion? It's too easy. If you do something and do not get tired of doing it from morning till evening. That's exactly what your passion is. That's where you recognized the goal of your life whether it be a small or a big thing.

2. Motivation:

Once you recognize your passion then you start following the third type of motivation which is your loving interest. Third type of motivation gives the best outcome and that is, a content life.

3. Believe:

Believe that you can achieve it. And, start working on it. Believing is the most essential thing because in midst of achieving your passion, you may come across many things which will try to demotivate you and take away your interest. But once you've believed something that you can achieve it then you'll. So, believe!

4. Happiness:

Once you believe it, you will start working on it. One day, you'll achieve it. You'll become one of those 20% people in this world who are happy and content with their life because they followed their passion. What else could be a better ending than this?

So, all your life's happiness depends on your passion. It's never too late. Recognize your passion. Start hunting to achieve it. May be, you can become an example for someone to have a content life just by following your passion. All the best!
